Frustrating things that data analysts face at work

Data analytics and business intelligence are booming fields, and the demand for talented analysts and business people is huge. The vast majority of businesses and businesses have some sort of data analytics initiative underway, but working in this area can be very frustrating. More than half of business intelligence projects fail or are never completed. The main causes are lack of resources or lack of trust in management.

Super unnecessary meetings.

In meetings with different teams as a data analyst, you often have to be present even if you are not necessary, and you have to put up with a smile and get along even though you have a lot of deadlines awaiting.

Data cleaning and Transforming the data.

Data Cleaning is fun until you do the whole transformation and cleaning process after the data warehousing every time as a Data Analyst.

Never-ending revisions of Dashboards

There are always tweaks that can be done to improve reporting and visualization. But mostly you will find that just because someone has changed their personal reporting format you have to change yours for their convenience, whereas, it can just be adjusted by copying the data or format.

Unnecessary dashboards and projects

There’s always a need for emergency dashboards that are crucial for the business. But after so much hard work, when you see the dashboard traffic analytics you might find out there is even not one click it the dashboard.

Conclusion

As a data analyst, you will also find out these sorts of things. But you will have to go through it because this is the line of profession you chose to work with. Be patient, there will be times when you will shine and the knowledge and insights you share will make an impact, take that opportunity !!!
